When creating a new ticket please provide as much detail as you can, particularly on how to recreate the issue - if we can't reliably recreate the issue it's very difficult to fix...! By selecting 'View Tickets' from the menu a list of various reports are available. The one you're probably most interested is in [/report/7 My Tickets], which shows the status of tickets which you have created. An email will be sent whenever a change is made to a ticket which you have opened, or when a ticket is assigned to you.
