Trac is a simple ticketing tool which can be used to create things which you need attending to with in the CRM.

From the menu at the top select 'New Ticket' to create a new ticket. Complete at least the Summary and the Description fields before creating a ticket. If you wish to view the progress of a ticket, or add a comment, then use View Tickets. There are a number of reports available, probably the most useful is number {7}, My Tickets, which will show you all the tickets which you are involved with.
