UKCAT Online Study Plan ticketing system

Welcome to the UKCAT OSP ticketing system. To report a problem, simply click on 'New Ticket' in the top menu, which will take you to a support form. Once this form is filled out and submitted, Paul will be notified and can follow up on this issue.

An email will be sent whenever a change is made to a ticket which you have opened, or when a ticket is assigned to you. If you need to change the email address which those messages are sent to, select 'Preferences' from above.

When creating a new ticket please provide as much detail as you can, particularly on how to recreate the issue - if we can't reliably recreate the issue it's very difficult to fix!

If you've already reported an issue and you want to view the ticket, click 'View Tickets' in the top menu. The one you're probably most interested is in My Tickets, which shows the status of tickets which you have created.
