    5 By selecting 'View Tickets' from the menu a list of various reports are available. The one you're probably most interested is in [/report/9 My Tickets], which shows the status of tickets which you have created.
     3Welcome to the UKCAT OSP ticketing system. To report a problem, simply click on 'New Ticket' in the top menu, which will take you to a support form. Once this form is filled out and submitted, Paul will be notified and can follow up on this issue.

    75An email will be sent whenever a change is made to a ticket which you have opened, or when a ticket is assigned to you. If you need to change the email address which those messages are sent to, select 'Preferences' from above.
