    33Please use this system to report any issues which require attention. When creating a new ticket please provide as much detail as you can, particularly on how to recreate the issue - if we can't reliably recreate the issue it's very difficult to fix...!

    5 By selecting 'View Tickets' from the menu a list of various reports are available. The one you're probably most interested is in [/report/9 My Tickets], which shows the status of tickets which you have created.

    77An email will be sent whenever a change is made to a ticket which you have opened, or when a ticket is assigned to you. If you need to change the email address which those messages are sent to, select 'Preferences' from above.
