Please use this system to report any issues which require attention. When creating a new ticket please provide as much detail as you can, particularly on how to recreate the issue - if we can't reliably recreate the issue it's very difficult to fix...!

By selecting 'View Tickets' from the menu a list of various reports are available. The one you're probably most interested is in My Tickets, which shows the status of tickets which you have created.

An email will be sent whenever a change is made to a ticket which you have opened, or when a ticket is assigned to you. If you need to change the email address which those messages are sent to, select 'Preferences' from above.
